A beautiful 18KT yellow gold with iconic Keiselstein Cord petina heart pendant set with forty Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds weighing a total of 1.40 carats, of G color – VS1 clarity. The pave set diamonds are separated in four sections, and the large bail opens up for a more versatile use. Pendant weighs 18.7 grams. Circa 1984. Here the pendant is shown with an 18KT yellow gold open links 18 inches long chain.
